The answer is simple, Paul discovered over the last few years that many properties in the South of France, (sometimes some of the finest available on a cost/quality basis), actually never get offered through French Estate Agents but are sold on a private basis, which the French call, “Particulier à Particulier” and we wanted to be able to offer you these properties directly too .
However, in order to give you as great a selection and choice as possible we also offer many other properties from specially selected Agents who have agreed to accept lower fees and as our costs are lower in these circumstances we in turn have been able to reduce our fees in order that you still benefit from great savings.
